Guidelines

• You should logged in to the browser with your Google Workspace (G-suite) account to access the Google Forms. If the form is showing an message You need permission, that means you are currently logged in to the browser with a personal gmail id.
• You can submit your answers only once. So don'e be in a hurry. Make sure that you have answered all the questions and then submit
• If the form is not openin in your mobile device, refresh the page. If not working close your browser and then reopen
• Clear your cache and cookies and then try again
• If the problem still persists, try to open the form in another browser
• In case you have forgotten your password, contact your Google Workspace Administrator teacher in your school
• If you need any clarification regarding the questions, please contact your English teacher
